'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria started from an earnest vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Bianchi clan in 1985, our little pizzeria was initially a modest family venture, using recipes passed on for many generations.
Margherita Bianchi, our creator, picked up the secrets of pizza crafting during her Italian explorations, especially learning from skilled Neapolitan pizza makers. She returned to the UK with a resolve to reproduce the enchanting taste of authentic Italian pizza, favoring long-established techniques and select quality materials.
What started as a quaint pizzeria with just 12 seats has flourished into a cherished community gem, though our allegiance to exceptional quality and authenticity remains steadfast. We continue to use traditional wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough freshly each day, and procure the best produce available.
Now, 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' is still family-held and directed, with the Bianchi lineage's next generation at the helm of our enthusiastic staff. Despite incorporating a few contemporary advancements, our core prerogative endures: to serve palatable, genuine pizzas that unite folks.
